trellOS is a workflow and coordination platform connecting clinics with licensed compounding pharmacies. We are not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, and not a manufacturer. We do not compound, dispense, ship, or sell medication, and we do not decide what is appropriate for any patient.

Every prescription is written by a licensed practitioner exercising independent clinical judgement, and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy under its own licence and responsibility.

Nothing on this website or in trellOS is medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or regulatory advice. Content is provided for licensed professionals as workflow support. If you are a patient, speak to your own clinician — do not rely on anything here.

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed.

Compounding under section 503A is patient-specific: a preparation is made for an identified patient pursuant to a valid prescription, to meet a need that a commercially available product does not. It is not a generic substitute and is not interchangeable with an approved product.

Any medication named anywhere on this site appears as an example of workflow, not as a recommendation, an endorsement, or a claim of safety or efficacy for any condition or patient.

Where trellOS surfaces suggestions — formulation options, documentation drafts, protocol references — that is decision support, not a decision. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not establish a standard of care. It can be wrong.

The prescriber remains fully responsible for every clinical judgement, for verifying anything the software suggests, and for the accuracy of the record they sign. Suggestions are auditable and always overridable.

Comparative metrics are anonymised, aggregate operational data — turnaround times, exception rates, fulfilment patterns. They describe how work moves, not whether it worked.

They are not clinical evidence, not a substitute for the literature, and not a basis for a treatment decision on their own. Comparisons depend on how peer practices record their data and should be read as directional.

Descriptions of what clinics achieve with trellOS are illustrative. We do not guarantee any revenue, growth, turnaround time, clinical outcome, or operational result. What you get depends on your practice, your patients, your pharmacy partners, and your own execution.

Precisely this, and no more:

• “HIPAA-ready architecture”— the system is built to support a covered entity’s HIPAA obligations: encryption at rest and in transit, row-level tenant isolation, minimum-necessary access, and append-only audit trails. It is not a certification. No such thing as HIPAA certification exists — HIPAA has no certifying body, and anyone claiming to be “HIPAA certified” is describing a vendor’s opinion, not a legal status. Compliance depends on the covered entity’s own practices and on an executed business associate agreement.
• “PCI SAQ-A posture”— card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s hosted fields and never reach trellOS systems, which is the arrangement SAQ-A describes. It is a description of how we handle card data, not a completed assessment on your behalf.
• “SOC 2 roadmap” — a stated intention and a programme of work. trellOS does not hold a SOC 2 report today. When an attestation exists we will say so, name the auditor, and give you the report under NDA.
• “503A-aware workflows” — the software understands the distinction between patient-specific 503A compounding and 503B outsourcing, and reflects it in how prescriptions and orders are handled. trellOS holds no pharmacy licence and performs no compounding.
• “Append-only audit trail” — records of clinical and administrative events are written once and cannot be edited or deleted through the application, enforced by the database rather than by convention.

Using trellOS does not transfer any of your obligations to us. Licensure, scope of practice, informed consent, the validity of the prescriber-patient relationship, controlled substance rules, telehealth requirements, and state-specific restrictions all remain yours. Requirements differ by state and change; verify them for your own jurisdiction.

Pharmacies, payment processors, and other providers reachable through trellOS are independent businesses operating under their own licences and terms. We select partners carefully, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
