You may use this site to learn about trellOS and to contact us. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a contract. It does not create an account, guarantee access, or commit either of us to anything. We onboard clinics state by state and may decline or delay any request.

Please give accurate information, and only submit a colleague’s details if they have agreed.

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about trellOS availability and onboarding. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Text messages are separate and entirely optional. You receive them only if you tick the SMS box and give a mobile number, and you can reply STOP at any time. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms for the full program terms.

The trellOS name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. You may share and quote it with attribution; please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

Nothing on this site is medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or compliance advice. Clinical decisions are always the practitioner’s, and any description of what trellOS supports is not a substitute for professional judgement or for your own regulatory obligations.

This site is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms — the date at the top always says when.

To the extent the law allows, trellOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
